Meanwhile… CHEESE, in Amsterdam. You can taste any cheese you want which can lead to massive delays and possible bankruptcy (general health complications as well). There may be better shops, but this one’s 6 minutes walking from when you get off the train. From Amsterdam Centraal to the nearest shop — Kaasland.
